The next step in the process for the suite owners is to select personalized floor coverings and wall tile. Each condo has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, except in the washroom. The washrooms will have ceramic tiles on the floor. Each owner has the ability to select a colour of vinyl plank and washroom tile that suites their individual taste. Andre Groulx from the Floor Show in Regina has been fantastic at guiding each owner through the various options available to them. Andre and Jillayne from Westridge Construction (our project coordinator) were nice enough to pose for a picture.
