Ultimate Insulation in Regina is installing the spray applied insulation in the building. Not only are they filling the stud cavities perfectly with spray foam insulation, they are also sealing every gap between multiple vertical studs to prevent air movement. The red tape covers beads of acoustic sealant (very messy and sticky stuff) applied between every wood stud abutting another vertical stud. This is painstaking work but adds significantly to the air-tightness of the building.
