We are looking for a responsible, motivated couple, seeking a rewarding role in helping to clean and maintain a ten-unit condominium building, built in 2019/2020, located in Harbour Landing.
Input Housing is the home of ten adults with intellectual disabilities, who live semi-independently in their own condos. Daily-living support for each resident is delivered by Creative Options Regina (COR), (not the Building Managers).
The Building Manager position is ideal for an active, retired couple in good health, but all applicants will be considered. This position comes with live-in accommodations, rent-free, in a two-bedroom apartment in the building. The start date is February 1, 2026.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct and coordinate building maintenance and repairs
– Respond promptly to requests and emergencies
– Clean and maintain common area and building grounds
– Ensure compliance with building safety and security protocols

Qualifications and Skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
– Basic handyman or maintenance abilities
– Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision
