The tub / shower units in the condos are fibreglass one-piece units. These tubs/showers were chosen for ease of maintenance and cleaning. The obvious angle to show you the tub/shower enclosures would be the front; however at Input Housing, we try and look at ALL the angles. What you see are the back and side of the unit. All of the units were ordered with additional reinforcing cast into the fiberglass bodies. Some of the tub surrounds will have custom grab bars installed immediately, others don’t need them right now. The reinforcing will allow future installation of grab bars, of any configuration, almost anywhere in the tub surround. This allows maximum flexibility for the future installation of grab bars as required by the tenant.
